Shipping Fees

Shipping is free when you order two or more products. For single product orders, we will contact you to arrange the best possible solution.

Bali

Bali orders are shipped by Gojek. We typically process orders daily as long as they are placed before 6pm. We’ll be in touch to confirm details.

Hong Kong / Mainland China

Orders will be processed within 2 working days. Standard delivery is 2-5 days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders

We do not currently ship internationally, but we are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities. Make sure you join our mailing list to receive updates on availability for international shipping.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. We do, however, take full responsibility if we ship the wrong item. Please email us directly if you have received an incorrect product.

Damaged products

We do our best to carefully package our products so that they are well protected. Please email us directly with pictures of your parcel and explaining your situation. We deal with these requests case-by-case.

Tracking your order

The tracking information that was provided when your order shipped will have the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your package. Please email us directly if your package seems to be lost in transit based on the tracking information.
