Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we offer delivery in Bali (via Gojek), mainland China, and Hong Kong (via SF Express). We're starting local to ensure quality and care in every delivery, with plans to expand as we grow.

  • What makes SAMĀDHI journals different?

Our journals are designed as tools for reflection, not prescription. Whether you're drawn to open journaling, gratitude practice, or structured planning, each product creates space for you to show up as you are—without rigid formats or pressure to perform.

  • How do the tear-off pads work?

Think of them as intentional scratch paper. Each pad serves a specific purpose—capturing ideas, mapping your day/week/month with wellbeing in mind. Use a sheet when you need it, tear it off when you're done. They're designed to integrate into your life, not add another system to maintain.

  • What if I've never kept a journal before?

That's completely fine—most people haven't found a journaling practice that sticks. SAMĀDHI products aren't about doing it "right." Start with what feels natural. An Open Journal, a Gratitude Journal, or even just a tear-off sheet from any of our pads for today's thoughts.

  • Do I need to use these every day?

It depends on what works for you and which product you're using. Consistency helps with our Gratitude Journal, Open Journal, and Habit Tracker—daily use builds the kind of reflection that creates real shifts.

Our Idea Flow Pad is there whenever inspiration strikes, no schedule needed.

The Daily Flow Pad works best as a daily practice if you have a packed schedule or struggle with work/life balance. But if your work comes in waves, use it when you need that structure.

Weekly and Monthly Flow Pads are different—fill them out once (weekly or at the start of each month), then keep them somewhere visible so you can glance at the bigger picture throughout the week or month.

  • What's the difference between the Flow Pads and Journals?

The tear-off pads are designed for immediate, tangible planning—one sheet per day/week/month that you can post on your wall, keep on your desk, or toss when it's done. Journals offer a bound, ongoing record where you can track patterns over time and reflect back on previous entries.

  • Are your journals dated or undated?

Our journals are date-based, but the dates are left blank intentionally. Life gets busy, and the last thing we want is to add pressure if you miss a day. When it happens, just pick up where you left off—no guilt, no gaps to fill.

  • What paper/materials do you use?

Our products are made with premium-grade recycled paper and materials. You can expect some natural wear and tear over time, but we see this as part of your journal's story—the unique patina it develops from all the places you've taken it, the weather it's weathered, the surfaces it's rested on. Make it yours.

  • Can I mix and match products?

Definitely. Many people use an Open Journal for freeform reflection alongside a Weekly Flow Pad for structure, or pair a Gratitude Journal with the Idea Flow Pad. Use what serves you.
